Performances

Sara and Maynard Johnson perform as a duo,

or with fiddler Michael Thompson as

The Rogue's Consort.

Rogue's Consort performs historic music and
popular music of the olden times with
hammered dulcimer, fiddle, violincello, recorders, flageolets, and kits.

And, along with the popular dance tunes and airs,

the occasional 18th Century drinking song or

an 18th Century gentlemen's club song, or

a song from the 18th Century ballad opera stage.

September 5 and 6, 2009, we will be playing at the Fair at New Boston, George Rogers Clark Park outside Springfield OH. We'll be near the coffeehouse and the dance tent.

September 11, 12 and 13, 2009, - we will be playing at Mountain Craft Days, Somerset Historical Center, Somerset PA, in our usual spot by the covered bridge.

December 11 and 12, 2009 -Candlelight at Locust Grove Mansion in Louisville KY, where the year will be 1809
